The little hot tub was a great bonus too! Breakfast was decent, and I appreciated that Netflix was available on the TV in the room. The water temperature in the shower was difficult to manage, often swinging between hot and cold.

The place was fairly clean and staff was wonderful and amazing. Booked the hotel for its favourable and marvellous location short walk to the restaurant, a quiet area with a view of forest, and the forest that overlooks the water. I was surprised at nearby El Porton de Antano, they had some goodies, drinks😃

The amazing views from the King Room with Spa Bath definitely made our stay special.

The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, often fluctuating between too hot and too cold, challenging to enjoy a comfortable shower.

Beautifully decorated bedroom with fine views.

The hot tub was impossible to fill due to a lack of hot water. Having to jump in and out of freezing water when showering was infuriating! The room was poorly cleaned, with dirty sheets and hair on the pillows. The breakfast service was slow, and the overall atmosphere felt neglected despite the nice decor.

We had a fantastic stay in a spacious superior double room, and the hot tub was an absolute treat for relaxation. Enjoying the sun terrace while sipping drinks and taking in the peaceful garden area was perfect for unwinding. The shower didn’t quite have the best water pressure, but it didn’t ruin our lovely experience. 😊

Staying at mumu by bernalo hotels was a lovely experience. The view from our king room with spa bath was amazing. The staff, especially el mono, were great too ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hot tub was a fun highlight too!
